It is a privately held company, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and currently operates 131 restaurants in 16 states. Their core concept is to provide guests a comfortable, casual environment with fresh, high quality meals at affordable prices.

4mercury was selected to redesign and implement Souper Salad's website and corporate intranet. Our understanding in the importance of corporate identity led us to focus on the company's established identity and create the future online image of Souper Salad. We redesigned their site to have a sleek, professional, and appetizing look and feel using the latest in .NET technology. A vital factor was the implementation of a 3 tier architecture in order to facilitate future modifications.
